The platform utilizes one or more AI language models to generate research outputs from a proprietary database of approximately 49,000 vectorized content chunks and 38 million data rows, including National Coverage Determinations (NCDs) and Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs).

The Site provides general access to information about the platform. Full research functionality requires account registration and is subject to separate application-level terms.

Individual AI-generated outputs provided to registered users may be used for personal research and informational purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of AI-generated outputs without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KNL ENTERPRISES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KNL ENTERPRISES LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
